Refund and Return Policy

Refund Policy

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with the original packaging.

Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted under specific circumstances:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification regarding the acceptance or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.

Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at {email address} and mail your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was delivered to the gift giver to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.

Shipping Returns
